Kicking Techniques
_1. Step right and (L) Knifehand Block / Slide away with (L) foot to (R) foot and place (R) hand into a guard / Standing front kick with a Kiai.
_2. Step left and (R) Knifehand Block / Grab attackers wrist with (R) hand / Standing Round kick with a Kiai.
_3. Step back into a side stance with (L) foot and (R) Inside Block / Standing Side Kick with a Kiai.
