• Started training in the Chuck Norris System at age 14 in 1973.
• Has been actively teaching since 1976.
• Currently holds the rank of 5th Degree Black Belt.
• Is the Chief Instructor of both the Norfolk and Virginia Beach studios.
• Also trained in Tae Kwon Do.
• Was a professional middleweight kickboxer in 1985.
• Rated one of Chuck Norris' Top Ten Fighters in 1991 by Black Belt Magazine.
• Was a member of UFAF for 16 years.
