Rear Shoulder Grab Defense

You are approached from behind...
...and grabbed by the shoulder.
Whichever shoulder is being grabbed, raise that arm up in the air and turn that direction. (Step back with that same foot so that when you turn you won't cross up your feet.)
Twist your hips sharply and drive your elbow down, trapping his arm.
Follow up with an elbow strike or palmheel strike. Get away.
