Mounted Choke Defense

Your attacker is sitting across your hips choking you.
Bring your feet in close. Raise up your arms...
...and strike down sharply to the inside of his elbows, pulling him in closer as you cross your arms.
Raise your hips up sharply...
...like this.
Keep your hips up and throw him to the side, rolling over with him.
Strike with the palm to his face.
Sit back and kick to the groin. Get away.
