Opponent grabs you in a headlock.
Turn to the side of your opponent, secure the leg closest to you, and establish a strong base. Be sure that you bring your rear leg up behind his/her leg and brace against it.
Reach over opponent's shoulder and cup hand under his/her chin. Place right hand behind his/her opposite knee.
Push back on opponent's chin and lift up on his/her leg, shifting his/her weight across your hip.
Pull out your supporting leg and drop opponent to the ground. Bring your knees in close, making sure one is right behind your opponent's head. Keep weight down low.
If at this point your opponent hasn't let go, bridge out with the forearm across his/her jaw. Finish with a strike or submission hold.
