Forearm Choke Hold Defense

You are grabbed from the rear around your neck.
Pull down sharply on your opponent's arm and tuck your chin in tightly as you drop your weight down sharply.
Extend your right arm...
...and thrust an elbow strike into his/her ribcage.
Shift your weight back and place your hip in front of and below your opponent's hip.
Lift up with your legs, twist your body, and throw your opponent to the ground.
Finish with a strike or submission hold.
