This gallery is to provide information on self-defense to our members as well as to give visitors a view of a few of the simple self-defense techniques we teach at the beginning levels. More advanced techniques are taught to students as they progess through the ranks. Each page listed below contains step-by-step instructions as well as pictures to review each step. Most of the techniques also contain downloadable video clips so you can see the techniques executed in real time. These are only a few of the basic techniques we teach at the early levels of training.

When practicing any self-defense techniques with a partner, safety should be your first concern. Be sure to exercise control, and if practicing submission holds, be sure to use the tapout method.
