It is important to learn these techniques, as well as any techniques, under the guidance of a qualified instructor. Step 1 - Look left. Quarter turn low block. Step 2 - Raise your hand to the center. Stepping Center Punch. Step 3 - Look to your right. Half turn low block. Step 4 - Raise your hand to the center. Stepping Center Punch. Step 5 - Look left. Quarter turn low block. Step 6 - Raise your hand to the center. Stepping Front kick, center punch. Step 7 - Stepping Front kick, center punch. Step 8 - Stepping Front kick, center punch with a kiai. Step 9 - Look left. Three quarter turn low block. Step 10 - Raise your hand to the center. Stepping Center Punch. Step 11 - Look to your right. Half turn low block. Step 12 - Raise your hand to the center. Stepping Center Punch. Step 13 - Look left. Quarter turn low block. Step 14 - Raise your hand to the center.
