This page is to give visitors a little background information about who we are as a martial arts school.

Chuck Norris Karate Studios has been serving the Hampton Roads area for well over a quarter century. Our Instructors are all qualified Black Belts in the Chuck Norris system of karate. We believe in providing methods of training to our students that include emphasis on respect, self-confidence, physical fitness, and self-defense.

Our Goals

To Provide your family with the highest quality karate instruction in a safe and comfortable environment.
To work with children to instill a sense of respect, confidence, and control, as well as to help adults find inner strength and confidence.
To ensure that all of our students are physically as well as mentally prepared to handle themselves and defend themselves in a threatening situation.
